Nurse Practitioner

After receiving her nursing diploma and Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Jasmine received her Master of Science in Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse for 10 years before becoming a Nurse Practitioner.

Jasmine is motivated by patient-centered care. She seeks to understand the needs of the person, in their entirety, and to care for their mind, body, and soul to achieve the best patient outcomes. 

Fun Facts: Jasmine has a wonderful partner for the past 22 years, and one daughter and two sons. She is the complete “sports mom” and enjoys watching them play sports and hanging out with them in their spare time.
